A global business who are recognised as a market leader in their field. Their products are technical and they are positioned across engineering and automotive markets. They have established themselves a reputation for supplying local and international markets with quality products. The business has identified an opportunity to bring on a Supply Chain Specialist to the NZ team to implement efficient processes across planning, logistics and operations. They also see a real opportunity for this candidate to grow their career and take on a senior leadership position here in NZ in the future.

The opportunity

As the Supply Chain Specialist you will report to the Country Manager and manage the companies end to end supply chain activities which will include the below key responsibilities

Management of all planning and forecasting of stock

Inventory management and lead stock and cycle count programs

Oversee and manage shipping and freight partnerships

S&OP process involvement and continuous improvement focus

Reporting and analysis of key supply chain reports and data

Be involved in key strategic processes

Ideally you would have experience working within an industrial environment along with ERP/MRP skills.
