The Role
This is a new role with the mandate to grow the existing business in the construction and infrastructure market by developing a specialist team designed to focus and meet the needs of clients.
Reporting to the CEO with an initial team of 3 based in the North and South Island the overall mandate is to grow market share and deliver revenue across this key strategic sector.
The Strategic Sales Manager will be required to develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the revenue, understand the key clients in the sector, coach, develop and grow the existing team. Manage the key internal and external stakeholders.
About You
You will be an experienced Business / Sales manager who has drive, ambition and humility. You will have strong demonstrable strategic capability with experience developing and implementing a complex go to market strategy and inspiring a team on the journey. It is essential you have a strong network within the Construction or Infrastructure industry and understand the value of relationships, along with excellent commercial acumen and the ability to add value at an executive leadership level. You will have related experience within a similar sector or related field.
This role is suitable for an experienced business manager or an ambitious individual who feels this may the right step in their career path.
