As a natural multi-tasker, you’ll enjoy the variety this role offers. No two days are the same as you ensure the smooth running of the yard, management of stock and successfully deal with some client interactions. Your attention to detail will ensure that no task remains unresolved or incomplete and all jobs are completed as per client expectations. You will be overseeing the yard and flooring storage, booking products in when they arrive and ensuring product is available to be collected and laid for the installation teams on a daily basis.
You’ll have experience in stock control and will be comfortable with Microsoft Office. You will have an ability to multi task, prioritise and ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget and meet customer expectations. You will have a clear criminal background and able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Overseeing Vehicles – WOFs and Rego’s
Booking stock in and out
Storing of stock
Maintaining and servicing tools and equipment
Ensuring electrical equipment maintains compliance
Preparing materials in time for laying jobs
Assisting on site when requiredOrdering materials
Performing site measure
Conducting a monthly and annual Stocktake
Maintaining flooring samples
Liaising with Gisborne Head Office
