Site Manager - Mixed Use Office/Retail/Apt
The history of this company spans several generations of Kiwis and remains NZ owned and operated today. They have grown into being a key advisor across all aspects of property development, including design and cost advisory, and build delivery. Their Build team is experiencing exceptional growth. They are now seeking to appoint an experienced project manager to front the build programme working with client side PM's for multiple housing projects, mostly Kainga Ora as their key client.
Reporting to a PM, your key accountabilities are
Management of the enstire project from planning through completion Manage the full project operation from project methodology and buildability through to completion
Monitoring of all processes in order to ensure the highest quality of work is produced, plus ensuring site staff are well mentored
Stakeholder management, Sub contractor management, supplier management and staff management
