Service Desk Engineer
Our client is seek an experienced Service Desk Engineer to joing their team support enterprise corporate clients.
To be successful for this role, you will need to have the following technical skills
Windows environment support experience
MS Office Suite
Strong ITIL experience
Strong incident management experience
Other key requirements for this role include
Full Clean Drivers Licence
Someone who is able to hit the ground running
Can identify issues and articulate them to the team leader
Must be available to start a new role within 1 week
Must have the right to work in NZ
Must have service desk experience and experience supporting large corporate clients
Clear communication skills
