Service Desk Analyst
Our client based in Christchurch is looking for a s service desk analyst for Level 1 and Level 3 helpdesk. You will be managing a range of services to a large customer base, they provide excellent career progression.
About the Role
Seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst, to work in a customer facing role and become the first line of contact for a range of issues. You will have excellent communication skills, coupled with technical and professional capabilities as outlined below
Previous service desk experience
Exchange and MS Active Directory experience for Users, Groups and Policies
Troubleshooting experience for Hardware, Software, Network etc
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills
This is a 3 month-temp position. Candidates must have eligibility to work in New Zealand.
