About the Role
This is an exciting role based in beautiful Hawkes Bay. The Compliance Manager plays an important role for the business. Responsible for leading a team, you will execute quality and compliance functions to ensure regulatory standards and occupational safety requirements are met.
Day to day, your role is to maintain the highest level of food safety, lead audits, technical documentation and manage health and safety. This is a busy role whereby your focus on detail, accurate record keeping, ability to delegate and liaise with stakeholders at all levels will be key to your success.

To be considered you will ideally meet the following
Proven experience managing Quality Systems, leading audits, non-conformance reports and investigate deviations
Ideally 5+ years industry experience in a GMP environment
Qualification in Food Science or relevant is beneficial
Excellent knowledge of H&S, act as the champion and coach
Proven people leader with effective communication and relationship skills
Highly motivated and skilled at problem solving
Passionate about continuous improvement and driving quality culture throughout the business
