Senior Project Manager - HR Systems
About the Role
The role of People and Planning Analyst will have you be part of a wider team of 6 and be responsible for the forecasting and scheduling frontline individuals to ensure customers are supported whether that is in a retail or phone based environment.
This role would suit someone who understands the complexity of resourcing frontline agents, both within a phone-based environment and a retail environment (or within an environment where you have been responsible for dispatching individuals across multi-sites). This role is a Fixed Term Contract until October 2021.
The day to day of this role will include but not limited to
Build relationships with your managers to ensure you understand the complexities of their teams which will allow you to roster accordingly
Forecast, roster and schedule based on historical data and based on previous trends (and upcoming trends which could impact the volume of customer trends)
Plan and forecast in a complex environment within multi channels
Liaise with your base leads to ensure you have rostered and scheduled accordingly
Provide forecasting recommendations and scheduling in a multiskilled environment
You will have proven workforce planning experience within a contact centre and/or retail environment. If you have had exposure to Genesys workforce management tool this would be a bonus. You will enjoy working alongside a tight-knit team who work closely with each other to ensure you deliver the best possible internal customer experience.
