Job Description:

Our client is looking for Senior Policy Analysts & Policy Analysts to join their policy team. The Policy team will help support a number Ministers with their decision making and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects. Senior Analysts will be coaching and mentoring those more junior people in the team.

Your Skills

Understanding and following standard policy development procedures and Cabinet requirements

Has a strong track record in leading policy development/review projects

A degree in policy, economics, science, commerce or other relevant fields

Research and analytical skills

Ministerial/OIA experience

Leadership and Team player skills

Strategic analysis and decision making

Excellent Communication skills
