Job Description:
Alpha Recruitment is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor who is a strong relationship builder.
This position is located in the Wellington region and reports to the HR Manager.
This position has no direct reports.
This is a three month contract role where you will be doing generalist human resources and employment relations work.
You will be working with great people who love what they do.
You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have
At least three years previous experience working as a Senior Human Resources Advisor
Knowledge of HR practices
An understanding of the machinery of government
At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent relationship building skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A tertiary qualification in human resources and HRINZ accreditation is highly desirable.
This is a three month contract position.The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
