Part Time 2-3 days per week

We are looking for a self-motivated HR professional to join a small, driven team.

The scope of this role provides HR direction and support to the business while working closely with the management team.

People development

Recruitment

Culture and engagement

Compliance

Policy development

Performance managementTo be successful in this role you will best HR We are a family-owned manufacturing and distribution business based in Avondale looking for a self-motivated HR professional to join our team.

The scope of this role provides HR direction and support to the business while working closely with the management team. Key responsibilities will include a review of HR systems and processes, people development, recruitment, culture and engagement, compliance, policy development and performance and disciplinary matters.

To be successful in this role you will provide best HR practice and provide coaching, guidance, and support through everyday interactions with Managers, and create and enhance the employee experience.

Your toolbox will include all-round HR skills including HR advisory, learning and development, recruitment, and wellbeing initiatives will put you in the right place to be a quick success in this role.
