We are in need for dynamic and experienced executive assistants for temporary role in a private organisation. You will work in a stimulating, diverse and busy environment where no two days are the same.

Day to day duties would involve
One on one supporting senior executives
Relationship management
Complex diary management
Email inbox management
Coordinating travel
Coordinating meetings
Events Coordination
Key competencies and attributes
Is good at multi-tasking and prioritizing
Confident communication and sense of professionalism
Strong organization skills and time management skills
Proven experience supporting senior executives
Is a good problem solver
Natural aptitude to influence and negotiate
Strong stakeholder engagement.
