About the Role
Reporting into the Marketing Manager – US/NZ you will be responsible for developing and implementing Silver Fern Farms’ USA marketing and communications strategy in line with company objectives. This will involve
Managing the Silver Fern Farms brand and product portfolio (positioning, architecture, identity and range) in the US market
Developing and overseeing Silver Fern Farms marketing activities in the US market
Leading New Product Development projects for the US market and championing key strategic foodservice, retail and ecommerce channel marketing initiatives or innovation programmes for the US market
Driving the creation of long-term brand awareness and equity in the US market
Managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels across customers, agencies, PR and brand
We are ideally looking for a classically trained, commercial FMCG marketer with 4+ years of professional experience in Brand or Senior Brand Manager roles
Strong FMCG and business-to-business marketing experience in export and international markets is desirable, but not essential.
A demonstrated track record in Brand Manager roles is advantageous
Experience in applying branded and private label foodservice / retail marketing principles to create and drive profitable value chain modelsStrong commercial acumen to determine ROI on marketing initiatives and activities
Tertiary education – Marketing Management Degree
Accurate and energetic approach to business success
