Senior Advisor Learning & Development
8 month Fixed Term
I am looking for an experienced Senior Advisor in Learning and Development to join a government organisation in Wellington on an 8 month maternity leave cover- ASAP start.
The role will provcide strategic direction and advice for business-specific learning and development programmes and initiative within a designated portfolio.
You will work closely with the Strategic HRBP's and HR Advisory team to ensure alignment between the strategic HR and L&D activities.
I am looking for leading edge L&D practice, and someone who can lead critical assessment and have oversight of implementation.
