Job Description:

Utilise your Senior Administration/PA experience and excellent communication skills along with strong MS office skills to assist a busy team located in Eden Terrace. Working close to public transport you will be a valued member of the team. This role involves a wide scope of duties helping wherever the need arises.;Duties include;Event coordination – organising company events, meetings, training sessions etc…;Reporting for team meetings;Diary management and minute taking for team meetings both internal and external;Booking travel and accommodation;Email management;HR administration as required – including setting up interviews, staff inductions etc.;Supporting internal and external staff with property queries/projects;Filing, scanning and record management;Fielding phone calls and managing mail;Other adhoc administrative duties as required;To be considered you will ideally have;Excellent communication skills and the ability to field queries from a wide variety of people;Proven PA and/or Senior administration experience;Intermediate to advanced MS office knowledge and experience;Flexibility to help out on a variety of tasks;The ability to meet deadlines and prioritise work;The ability to work well both in a team and on their own;Working within the health sector this role promises variety and a new challenge.
