About us

Madison Recruitment’s business support team are right in the heart of Wellington and are best placed to inform you about exciting roles in the capital’s leading office environments. We are anticipating there to be roles in the following areas very soon

• Executive Assistance

• Personal Assistance

• Project Admin/HR Admin

• Team Administration

• Administration Support

*Please note: these roles will range in skill level and you must have high-level experience to take on an EA/PA role as these are usually supporting senior directors. Preference for government roles will likely be with candidates who have public sector experience, but we can certainly talk about options through the registration/interview process with you.

To be considered for these roles you’ll need

• At least 6 months - 1 year administration experience

• Experience in either EA/PA/Projects/Recruitment/HR Support roles

• Eligibility to work in NZ for at least 3-6 months

Desired skills• Ability to multi-task, prioritise & adapt easily

• Attention to detail

• Confidence with Microsoft Office

• Strong communication

• Positive attitude

• Positive attitude

• Team player
