There’s a new opportunity on the market for an intermediate to senior Scrum Master to join the team within a large Government organisation.
You’d be joining the Programme and Project Management office working alongside the manager who’s highly respected within the wider PM environment. You’d have the opportunity to use your existing skills to help re-introduce agile across the team and into the wider organisation. Being able to adapt the approach would be critical as capability varies across from unit to unit.
We’re looking for experienced Scrum Masters who can bring their knowledge of Kanban/Scrum along with proven success in developing high performing teams.
3-5 years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
Experience in workshop and meeting facilitation
Awareness and experience with Agile design practices such as TDD, BDD and ATDD
Knowledge of Agile development practices such as pair programming
Experience in coaching, mentoring and influencing team members to build capability, change behaviours and ways of working and improve performance
Process improvement and continuous integration experience, DevOps experience a bonus
Experience in developing measurement systems to track performance
This opportunity will give you the chance to make a real difference within the team and organisation. Salary for this role would be $120,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits.
