Job Description:

We are proud to represent our client who is a leading distributor and importer of bearings. They have built an excellent reputation and are New Zealand-owned and operated.;This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a Customer Service superstar and also has experience in sales as they are looking for someone to look after their internal sales. Their office is located in West Auckland!;This is a full-time role and the hours would be 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with one Saturday a month from 8:30am -12pm.;Some of your key duties will include;Front counter customer service;Providing a high level of customer service for all incoming phone calls;Answering and processing customer inquiries and orders via phone, email and counter sales;Warehouse duties - picking and packing customer orders and inward goods;Stock taking;Develop trusting and effective working relationships with customers;To be successful in this role you should demonstrate;Previous customer service experience;Experience in the engineering or automotive field would be an advantage;Strong computer and Administrative skills;Uses initiative to resolve problems and customer enquiries;Demonstrates personal accountability for completion of required tasks assuring quality results;Communicates with colleagues in a confident manner that allows work to be issued and completed;As this is a permanent position you will need to hold Permanent NZ residency or citizenship;This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an organisation with a fantastic culture.
