About the role

Madison Recruitment is working together with Cigna Insurance, to find multiple full time Sales Direct Consultants to join an exciting work environment in the heart of Wellington! If you enjoy interacting with people and have a passion for turning prospects into well-satisfied customers, then we want to hear from you!

This is a great opportunity for people interested in getting into sales and a foot in the door of a well-known New Zealand Insurance Company. We are looking for strong communicators who will thrive in a fast-paced call centre environment.

Contact centre or phone-based sales experience is valuable, however experience in a contact centre is not essential, all you need is a can-do attitude along with a strong sales drive! If you consider yourself customer-centric with a knack for selling, then we have positions available for you.

Hours

Work 37.5 hours per week, 12.30pm– 8.30pm Monday – Thursday and 11.30am - 7.30pm Friday

Please note: training will be 2 weeks of full time hours between the hours of 10am-6pm Monday to Friday
