It is a state-of-the-art facility, operated on behalf of the NZ Department of Corrections. Serco provide a safe and secure environment for over 900 male prisoners, with a strategic focus on better outcomes for M?ori.

About the Role
This role will be part of redefining and implementing how the prison runs employment on site – an interesting and challenging role for someone who likes process improvement.
Scheduling and minuting panel meetings
Communicating the outcome of rehabilitation and reintegration panel-meetings
Schedule and maintain internal systems and registers
Reporting and quality assurance
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Be super organised and Excel wizz
Maintain oversight of incidents/misconducts and follow up actions
Record, track, and report on case management
