An exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to work across the region for a growing farm machinery organisation!

The Region Three Sales Manager makes a significant contribution to the commercial prosperity of the Region and its Dealerships by advising and assisting the Dealerships to set and achieve stretch goals.
The role has a focus on training, mentoring and coaching Dealership sales teams to consistently and successfully engage with and deliver high value to customers across the customer engagement lifecycle from prospecting through to after-sales.
To be successful in this role you will
Bring a collaborative approach and deep technical skills, deep product knowledge of the brands being promoted
Have relevant experience in the agricultural sector and deep understanding of your customers businesses
Be committed to delivering excellent customer service and value delivery
Be a team player who works effectively with others
Be willing to travel across region three territory (Hastings, Gisborne, Manawatu, Masterton, Lower Hutt, Blenheim)
Key Responsibilities include
Working closely with Dealership Managers individually and as a region group to help grow the Dealership business by developing and agreeing stretch targets for sales and margin
Training, coaching, mentoring and supporting dealership team
Providing market intelligence and advice to the dealership to support the success of others
Working across regions and with professional leads to develop and implement customer lifecycle engagement frameworks, methodologies and models
Providing on the ground product capability through the transition of new structures, processes systems and ways of working
