About the Company

The MitoQ story began in a science lab at the University of Otago in the 1990s with the aim of creating a better, more effective antioxidant that could significantly help human health. Their world-first breakthrough MitoQ did just that, and then they gave it to the global health community to help research its benefits and tell them its potential. Over the past 7 years MitoQ have commercialised their business and have seen a significant period of year-on-year growth. MitoQ have a large presence in overseas markets like the US and China and are looking to bring on board a talented salesperson to assist with that continued growth.

About the Role

Reporting through to the Channel manager the Regional Market Sales Executive will primarily be responsible for the CBEC customers across New Zealand. You will build collaborative relationships with key MitoQ customers and support them with information and expertise around the MitoQ product range when needed. You will develop solutions that best address each customer’s needs while providing the necessary support, service and management to meet the key performance objectives.

You will also look to develop new business relationships across the CBEC channel and bring on board new accounts where possible. You will split your time by being out in the market and visiting customers and completing tasks at the stylish head office in the Wynyard Quarter.

About You

Ideally, you will have a passion for health and wellbeing, as well as sales or account management experience with a consumer product. A non-negotiable requirement for the role is that the successful candidate must be fluent in both English and Mandarin. Being bilingual is essential for this role as many of the customers are comfortable conversing in Mandarin or are based in China. You will be highly organised and willing to go the extra mile to continue your professional development. You will be driven and motivated to bring your best self to work and strive to hit sales targets.
