We are looking for an individual with strong commercial acumen to join our highly successful Business Support recruitment team. Our consultants do full end-to-end recruitment, managing both permanent and temp roles. Having a strong business development focus and solid relationship building ability will be crucial to your success. You will be motivated by working with a range of organisations providing expert advice and results. Bring your personality to the role and have the drive to grow your desk and execute the sales process.

You will be responsible for every step of the 360-recruitment role, including initial introductions and account growth to delivering excellent service. Day to day you will juggle business development, relationship management, administration and the management of a large candidate pool. This role is for a driven multi-tasker who always has time to put their customers first and the hunger to deliver results. You will be taking over a hot desk with long standing Madison clients, so high quality account management is a must.
The successful candidate will have a proven sales and relationship management background – bonus if you have recruitment experience! Commercial experience and an understanding of large, corporate organisations is a must.
The role of a Recruitment Consultant is essentially running your own business, within our business, all while being supported with great systems, comprehensive training and most importantly an energetic team environment. This role is hard work but can be incredibly rewarding.
