Our Wellington team have had another good year and even though we are living through some difficult times we are looking to grow our team in 2020/21. Ideally we are looking for someone with previous recruitment experience but we are open minded if you do not, what’s more important to us is

A positive, can do attitude and be really open to learning

The ability to problem solve and act with urgency

Previous experience in a sales environment

The ability to build solid relationships

Excellent communication skills

As a Recruitment Consultant at Alpha, your typical day may consist of calling and visiting clients, taking job briefs, writing advertisements, screening and interviewing candidates through to presenting them to your client and negotiating placements. This is a busy and hugely varied role, no two days will ever be the same and you should be someone that thrives on being busy and challenged. We operate a hybrid model so you will have the best of both worlds - a sold temp base and the opportunity to augment that with permanent placements.
