We are a consultancy specialising in Project and Change management located on The Terrace in Wellington. We are on the government AoG Recruitment panel and also work with non-government clients. We have been in business for nearly 30 years because we deliver, with high levels of customer satisfaction. We will provide you with training in project management. We are a small team and enjoy doing what we do.
About The Role
This is a demanding but rewarding role. It is a combined sales and business development role and a recruitment delivery role. Above all, it is a people relationship role with both a client and a candidate focus and your personality and understanding of people will drive your success. Your success is reflected in monthly commission.
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys your work and has a positive outlook with good personal values and a sense of humour. You must be well presented, have at least two years’ work experience, be self-motivated and able to find a balance between reactive and proactive work.
If you have a degree or Level 2 or 3 NCEA that would be great, but personality and attitude are more important. Work experience in a professional environment would be ideal but not essential. Excellent written and good spoken English are essential.
