Job Description:

We are looking for some excellent receptionists to enter into the new year with for ongoing roles in Wellington CBD and the Hutt area. These roles are often full or part time, these can be permanent, temporary or fixed term roles depending on our clients’ needs. We would like to have people available as and when these roles come up early next year.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in reception, administration and customer service. Great interpersonal and communication skills are a must.

To be successful in this role, you should be detail orientated with excellent computer skills in the Microsoft package and have a great phone manner. You will be a fast learner and have a great work ethic. Someone flexible and patient with excellent customer service skills would be perfect for this role.

The duties of a receptionist are varied and create great learning opportunities throughout the different roles. This is a great role to gain experience to break into an administrative career.
