Previous experience in a reception or similar role

Quick to think on your feet and find solutions
These roles involve a variety of duties, including but not limited to
Meeting and greeting guests at the front desk
Providing adhoc support to managers and the wider team in the office
Answering telephone and email enquiriesBooking appointments
Filing, scanning, and organising documents accurately
Coordinating meetings and events
Various other general reception duties
