CBD location, public sector client
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator for a public sector client, in Wellington CBD. The successful candidate will be a customer service superstar, providing support alongside two others to the Facilities Team.
First point of contact for all internal/external visitors
Phone and inbox management
Setting up remote meeting software/applications
Coordinating meeting room requests and setting up meeting rooms
Basic administration duties including, invoicing, document formatting
Utilising the MS Suite on a daily basis
Candidates with previous reception experience are preferred, particularly in medical or legal environments.
