We’re searching for an excellent Receptionist to take on a temporary assignment as soon as possible! The hours for this role are 8.30am - 5.00pm with a great location, handy to the train station in Wellington CBD. This role would be well suited to someone with a friendly manner, quick to learn new systems and routines and someone who enjoys customer interaction.
about the role
The role will involve meeting and greeting clients, answering phone calls, working with internal employees, managing visitors and signing them in and out of security and administrative duties such as email management, booking appointments etc.
previous administrative and or reception experience
proficient computer skills
clear phone communication and written skills
excellent people skills
Working alongside another friendly receptionist
