This Receptionist is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our Auckland CBD office and providing administration support to the Madison and wider Accordant Group team. Key responsibilities include
Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors in a timely, warm, and friendly manner
Directing enquiries and messages to the appropriate individual with a suitable sense of urgency
Managing internal administration processes: actively maintaining internal databases, booking and setting up meeting rooms, assisting with tasks such as compliance checks and catering orders for meetings
Maintaining the standards of the office, including kitchen duties and ordering of supplies
We are looking for a Front of House superstar! The successful candidate will have
Relevant experience in a reception/front of house position
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to make visitors feel welcome
High attention to detail and reliability
Initiative, and the ability to work alongside the wider team as well as independently with minimal supervision
