Property AdministratorMy client, a high-profile property investment company is seeking a Property Administrator to join their high performing team. After 6 years the current staff member is leaving the company to start her new role as a Mum.
The purpose of this position is to administer and coordinate with multiple people for the portfolio of buildings throughout Auckland City. It is a busy self-managing role but with plenty of team support when needed.
Responsibilities will include
Organise and coordinate inspections, keys, contractors etc.
Update databases and ensure accurate information is on file
Set up and send weekly newsletters
Website maintenance of adverts and queries
Produce manual invoices when needed
You may come from property administration background or have transferable skills applicable to a role which requires a high level of organisation, coordination and communication skill set. You will have a resilient personality, be able to think on your feet and have exceptional attention to detail.
We are looking for a mid August start with a 2 week hand over, however this is flexible for the right person.
