About the Role

The Project Co-ordinator is a key role within the Group and is responsible for the administration and set up of contracts, projects, financial requirements, and support to the project managers whilst making sure the office is run smoothly and efficiently.

Tasks include

Provide administration support to Project Managers by participating in meetings and taking minutes.

Manage contract compliance and bring any issues to the attention of the project lead.

Manage project cost reporting and forecasting.

Prepare expenditure to date/budget report tracking.

Use OnePlace to input all administrative tasks including invoicing, contacts, onboarding, and enquiries.

Provide wider company support and analysis based on specific timelines per month.

Provide HR support.

About You

Ideally you will have a construction admin/project admin background, but a fast-paced office support/ office manager background would also be helpful.

You will have intermediate to advanced skills in the MS office package.

You will have excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to align with the business’s requirements.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills.

You will be a good and supportive team player.

You will take responsibility for results and adapts approach as necessary to achieve better outcomes.
