Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to manage a cloud capability roadmap. In this organization there is a diverse range of technologies and solutions. As the Project Co-Ordinator, you would need to engage internal stakeholders and external vendors. This is an hourly rate contract until end of July 2021.
You will
Be responsible for supporting the Project Manager and the team management.
Be flexible and adaptable with the variation of support needed from day to day
Provide administrative services, including but not limited to, document processing and efficient functioning of the team
Scheduling appointments and travel arrangements
Onboarding and induction of new team members
Managing the workflow
Setting up and maintaining administrative systems
The successful person for this role will be focused around optimization and efficiency while paying good attention to detail.
Skills needed
Setting up administrative systems and processes
Excellent communications skills
Previous project coordinating experience will be required
