About the role

We are seeking experienced project administrators for upcoming temporary/permanent/fixed term assignments with some of our highly valued clients across wellington. We are people people, and our goal is always to place you in a project you will love.

To be successful in these roles you’ll need

• Initiative and flexibility

• Great attention to detail

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• A professional and positive approach to work

• Confidence under pressure

• The ability to prioritise and manage deadlines

You’ll likely be

• Undertaking general project administration duties to support the team

• Managing deliverables• Liaising with multiple teams and stakeholders

• Preparing and formatting documents

• Booking meetings and workshops
