The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Procurement and Sales Administrator to join a truly global business leader. Our client holds a legacy of innovative technology and proven expertise in capturing, transforming, and managing information, delivering solutions that power today’s ever changing work environments.

As the Administrator, you will play an integral role within the IT Services team and be involved in all administration activates for the customer. Key responsibilities include

Managing the processing of contracts, procurement, invoicing, and all associated queries regarding these activities

Understanding company processes and delivering consistently accurate work

Providing pre-sales and after-sales management and care, ensuring that customer demands are met professionally and appropriately

Developing strong relationships with external customers and internal team members

Assisting in the constant improvement in department systems and processes

The ability to effectively communicate and negotiate, both written and verbally, in a clear and confident manner across all levels

Logical reasoning and critical thinking ability with a focus on solutions

Technical prowess, including MS Office and other role related systems

Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to form strong relationships

Effective time management, prioritising the needs of the business and working to deadlines

Experience in service and contract management billing, procurement, and exposure to the IT sector would be beneficial
