About the Role
This role report into the fabulous GM Marketing and is responsible for implementing, delivering and optimising a range of through the line B2B marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing both brand perception and acquisition.
This role is responsible for all website management including all content creation (including artwork design, footage creation & editing and copy) and website development/updates.
The responsibilities for the rest of this role is two fold, acting as brand guardian and rolling out a brand refresh – coupled with ensuring the ultimate customer experience. Therefore, this role is responsible for ensuring all comms are on point from both a brand and customer centric point of view from creation to implementation. Channels are varied and include website, social media, eDms/DMs, print, sales materials, events (signage and merchandise) & sponsorships to name a few. This role requires artwork/design skills to jump in when required.
Marketing automation is also being introduced and will need to be managed
This role has lots of stakeholder management as you’d expect (both internally and externally), leading key agency relationships.
You will come from a services marketing background rolling out TTL comms, including website & social content, eDms/ DMs, newsletters plus managing partnerships and events. So solid experience managing a variety of targets comms from start to finish.Importantly, will have a positive, upbeat collaborative attitude. You will enjoy working with a close-knit team with the support of a great boss/mentor, however also comfortable to run autonomously on projects.
You will have excellent project management skills and attention to detail with the ability to think big picture and be proactive in your approach. Customer is key! So experience in customer focussed marketing/segmentation is expected.
You will have Adobe Creative Cloud and content writing expertise
You will feel comfortable managing and presenting at meetings with internal/external stakeholders.
