Principal Advisor - Procurement & Contract Management

3-4 month contract

Our client is looking for a contract Principal Advisor with an extensive understanding and experience of government procurement and contract management processes to work as part of a small team over the next three to four months.

The role will provide advice and guidance on a variety of procurement and contract management issues including managing the implementation of a new finance system. This will be done as part of a wider on-going change management process.

Looking for the following skillset

Principal Advisor experience

Extensive understanding of the all of government procurement and contract management

Ability to provide advice on various procurement policies and processes

Finance and contract management system implementation experience

Strong communication skills – written and verbal – contract drafting, report writing etc.

Ability to train others and provide guidance on the above

Strong facilitation and engagement skills are essential
