Job Description:

WorkSafe New Zealand is looking for an experienced Change Practitioner to lead and facilitate change management activities across a range of initiatives within the Digital & Information Services (D&IS) team at WorkSafe. Although there are key responsibilities across Change management strategies, capability building, and portfolio management, the nature of this role will evolve as the Business and Digital transformation journey progresses.

The Role

This role is focused on enabling the achievement of programme and portfolio outcomes and benefits through providing a strategic perspective across a range of change initiatives to ensure alignment and reduce impacts on staff. This role has no direct reports however, you will be providing guidance to a range of project change leads on specific projects.

Ideal person

A seasoned change professional who can point to their proven change leadership experience across both the public and private sector

Proven hands-on experience contributing to and facilitating change management activities across specific initiatives for an organisation, including coordinating and integrating change

A natural people-centric approach with the ability to take others on the journey through encouraging their participation and input into the process

Can point to their proven experience leading change at a strategic level across a number of change initiatives
