We are looking for the next member to join our tribe – a Contact Centre and Customer Service Recruitment Consultant. You will be joining a well-established team here at Tribe but capitalising on our strong brand and loyal client base. The types of roles within our team are not just based volume agent level roles, we also recruit those more complex customer experience roles, and senior level roles. This means you will get variety and ongoing learning and development!

About You

It is important that you have a history of high performance, account and expertise in account acquisition within agency recruitment and ideally within the contact centre environment.

This role is an exciting opportunity to manage and lead roles and projects both temp and perm alongside our well established and highly networked team and contribute to our growth of clients, candidates and key influencers.

You will have the ability to work at a fast paced, entrepreneurial and innovative business making waves within the recruitment sector.

You will be able to clearly articulate your knowledge and capability in relation to the contact centre and customer service sector and be passionate about recruiting in this space!

You will be process driven, analytical and curious in your approach with exceptional internal and external stakeholder engagement skills.
