Own the end to end recruitment process & drive best practice

Experience recruiting sales professionals (BDM and Account Management roles) required

The role: As a Talent Acquisition People Partner you will live and breathe the internal recruitment process. You will own the end to end function of fast paced and high-volume recruitment across New Zealand and Australia.

Whilst recruitment is your primary function you will also have generalist HR responsibilities, ensure a smooth onboarding and training process for new staff and check in with new staff during their first three months.

Day to day you will

Recruiting for business development, sales, relationship management, digital and customer service focused roles

Lead sourcing strategies for all roles including social media and unique sources

Coordination of onboarding and training programs

Hold Team Managers accountable for completing all onboarding and training

Strategic partnering with all people leaders and external partners to determine staffing needs and priorities

Support ongoing individual and organisational development through coaching conversations and training workshops

Support the retention and development of existing staff

Experience in all facets of recruitment and many HR functions, ideally performance management

Experience recruiting for Account Manager and BDM roles

Ability to blend strategy with operations

Ability to blend strategy with operations

Self-motivated and driven

Ability to work in a fast paced and often changing work environment

Exceptional communication skills
