An opportunity has arisen to join a fast growing organisation on a maternity leave cover 9-12 month fixed term contract, based in Penrose.
The organisation is a significant global organisation with a culture of innovation, providing specialised solutions.
The role leads a small team and manages NZ and Australian offices, in all things HR.The strategy will be in place and the organisation will need an experienced, savvy Manager to drive the People & Culture agenda, and provide leadership coaching.
To be successful in this role you will need to have broad HR toolkit inclusive of strong generalist experience and knowledge, senior level recruitment experience, diverse stakeholder management skills, coaching and HR project experience. Experience with Workday or similar will be well regarded.
