Payroll Administrator

Are you experienced in handling end-to-end payroll projects with high attention to detail and accuracy?

We are seeking the services of experienced Payroll Administrators to join our candidate database and available to start project assignments with minimal notice. These roles are best suited to persons who are experienced in complex payroll environments, capable of managing medium to high volumes and confident working across multiple employment agreements and arrangements. The main purpose of these role is to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll projects in accordance to legislative requirements while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Duties could include

· Accurate and timely processing of weekly / fortnightly / monthly payroll

· Preparing of various reports

· Provide interpretation of legislation and policies

· Loading and updating of employee details

· Maintain accurate data filing

· Assisting with adhoc tasks and special projects

To be successful you must· Have experience working in a NZ based, fast paced, high volume driven payroll environment

· Have a strong understanding of NZ legislation

· Be commercially savvy

· Demonstrate high level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Maintain high standards under pressure

· Maintain high standards under pressure

· Adhere to policies and procedures

· Work as part of a collaborative team or independently

· Ideally have exposure to various payroll systems and willingness to learn
