Job Description:

Our client is looking for some experienced and passionate call centre advisors for an inbound call centre 20 hour a week position Saturday, Sunday and Monday. This position requires at least 1 year of previous call centre experience and excellent phone manner.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Provide superior customer service for Inbound phone calls for level 1 terminal and network support, escalating where necessary

Troubleshooting faults over the phone, logging swap jobs where needed

Ensure resolution has been clearly explained to customer and documented in database as well as dealt with in a timely manner

The successful applicant

Previous call centre experience

Excellent customer service skills, calm head under pressure, think on the spot, logical approach to inquiries.

Have a good working knowledge of modern communication types, WIFI, 3G, IP

Be punctual and reliable

Have a clear and professional phone manner

To be considered you must also meet the following

Be currently based in the Wellington Region and have the right to work in NZ

Be able to obtain a clear Criminal History (MOJ) CheckBe able to obtain a clear Credit Check ]]>
