Job Description:

An excellent opportunity as come up for an experienced receptionist to work Mornings for our busy client located centrally.

Duties include

Meet and Greet of any visitors

Fielding phone calls and looking after mail/couriers

Assisting with basic administrative duties

Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies

Other adhoc duties as required

To be considered you will ideally have

Proven previous reception experience

Intermediate to advanced MS office including Excel and Outlook

Excellent communication skills and the flexibility to take on a variety of tasks

A can-do attitude and the ability to meet deadlines

The availability to start asap in the New year and work mornings for the next 1-2 months
