Job Description:

Alpha Recruitment are looking for Personal Assistants and Executive Assistants for ongoing roles in Wellington CBD. We work with both public and private sector clients. Develop your skills and build your career in these city-based opportunities within highly reputable organisations.

The duties of a PA/EA include

Diary management

Travel and itinerary arrangements

Preparing documents

Taking minutes

Managing and responding to communication

General administration support

To be a successful PA/EA you should possess a high level of interpersonal and organisational skills. You will be able to manage documents and your time well, in order to maintain a high level of communication with core stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least a year with a PA/EA title.

These roles are often full or part time however, previous experience is required.
