Oracle Ordering/Delivery Coordinator

We are on the lookout for a highly efficient candidate to join a busy team in central Auckland. You will be managing stock levels for a large office building, as well as receiving courier parcels and distributing them to different areas in the building/nearby sites. You will also be the go-to for any ad hoc tasks that require completion, in a hands-on capacity. You will need to have an upbeat can-do attitude, ready to help wherever required - initiative is essential! Confidence with systems is also a must. This role will keep the successful applicant busy until the end of May at this stage, with the potential to extend, and is full time.;The role;Booking item deliveries to respective sites;Assisting sites to order any stock that they may need in an emergency situation;Setting up new sites;Visiting sites to check up on stock levels and conduct stock takes;Putting together whiteboards, trolleys and site booths;Collecting and distributing courier parcels and deliveries;Running supplies between sites;Manual hands-on work, on your feet all day;Collation of papers;Assembling of equipment;Some administration and data entry;The ideal candidate;Physically fit and capable;Good with systems;Excellent communication skills;Hands on experience desirable;A friendly can-do attitude;Highly efficient and organised;A good sense of initiative;Admin experience a plus!;If you'd like to find out more apply today and if you are shortlisted we will be in touch!
