About the role
Working closely with the Supply Chain Team this role would see you
Assisting with inventory planning to ensure raw materials and finished goods are appropriately planned for and available at appropriate locations in accordance with agreed KPIs.
Assist with regular reporting and reconciliation tasks including regular SOH reporting and monthly reconciliations
Assist with the setup and configuration of new items into the ERP system – ensuring accurate data preparation and entry
Ad-hoc analytical project based work
Occasionally supporting some of the functions within the supply chain team e.g. raising purchase orders and tracking/tracing stock
Experience in analysing data is a must. Ideally, you will have practical experience working in a Supply Chain/ Operations environment. Your enthusiasm and energy will enable you to build and develop positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
With a good eye for detail, you will be solutions focused and eager to learn. Experience working an ERP and strong competence on Microsoft Excel is necessary.
