About the Role

Manage front of house, you are seated on the front desk in this role so will manage meeting rooms, couriers, and incoming guests.

Travel/ accommodation/ catering organisation & ordering of office consumables.

Event planning: you will be responsible for organising company events and the company’s annual conference.

You will support the people and culture team with on boarding of new starters.

You will be responsible for minute taking in meetings.

About You

You will come with at least 2 years’ experience in a reception/ administration role and be looking for that next step up in your career.

You will be confident dealing with multiple stakeholders and comfortable in a loud, vibrant, fun office.

You will be an intermediate user on the MS office package, this role will require support with PowerPoint presentations and formatting of documents.

You will have an exceptional attention to detail.You will be comfortable in a busy role, this role requires somebody who can multitask and juggle many moving parts.
