After two years our fabulous office coordinator is leaving to focus on a new dream job, and we are on the hunt for a skilled office coordinator/receptionist to join the Alpha family. If working alongside a busy close-knit team of recruiters, getting free cheese and drinks every Friday after a weeks worth of hard graft (who wouldn't want that!) and getting a foot in the door of the world of recruitment sounds like you, read on!;We are located in the heart of bustling Newmarket just next door to the new Westfield mall, right on public transport routes - and parking is available! Your day will start at 7:30am and wrap up at 4pm. Included is an occasional sleep-in, starting at 9am!;About the role;Meeting and greeting candidates and guests;Responding to emails and managing the main phone line;Liaising with clients and other stakeholders;Ordering office supplies;Organising morning teas and events;Ensuring compliance to government regulations and policy;Handling and processing sensitive documents and candidate information;Editing documents;Designated health and safety officer;Some social media management;Updating and editing the candidate database;About you!;Reception and admin OR hospo OR travel experience an advantage;Bright and bubbly with a keen and helpful attitude;Strong computer skills;Excellent communication skills;Well presented;Organised and efficient;Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks;If you feel like this is the right fit for you, apply today! ]]>
