Our client is a call centre just outside Wellington who takes pride in caring for their staff and clients. Main duties include
Taking inbound calls
Following up with clients
Providing excellent customer service
Maintaining accurate log on internal system
About You
18 months + previous Inbound Call Centre experience
Passion for learning
An excellent phone manner
Excellent communication skillsReliable and caring
Experience in the banking sector is a big plus!
