About the Role

Located at the Wiri branch and reporting to the remote P&C Manager who is based regionally, this role has oversight of all HR advice – assisting and partnering with Managers and providing high quality advice across all six sites.

To be involved and understand this NZ business, you will travel a few times a year to connect with your stakeholders - fostering positive and progressive workspaces.

The position is end-to-end, encompassing all generalist HR advice and support, including recruitment, performance management, ER and IR, training, analysis, administration, and reporting. Various projects will be in the job remit, and you will also oversight payroll processes – working with the external payroll provider.

It’s the full gambit, and more - an opportunity to truly own a role!

About You

First and foremost – you will hold a relevant HR qualification and bring a couple of years of experience in an HR team.

You might be an up and comer, currently in an HR Admin or Advisory role, but looking for that next level of autonomy and HR exposure, OR you might be a seasoned professional.

What you will be however, is someone who comfortably relates to and respects everyone you work with!

You ask questions and really delve into the crux of what is going on – knowing how to disseminate what’s important.

You have an amazing way about you – supporting and engaging with your stakeholders in a way that gets positive results for both the people and the business, and…

…you muck in – whatever it takes, you’re there. Nothing too big, nothing too small!
