About the Role

Reporting to an experienced Senior Manager, this is a senior partner role within the world class loyalty team - loyalty being a focus area for growth in this data driven business.

This role is responsible for managing 2 key financial partner relationships, realising both partner strategic objectives and high commercial returns for the business and this role is focused on 4 areas of retention, acquisition, product and governance.

Through owning the annual partner plans, this role involves creating and driving activity with major banks in order to reach mutually beneficial commercial outcomes for all parties, achieved through understanding the client’s brand, customer base and strategic goals while also driving card portfolio performance within the business.

This role is therefore the face of the partner within the business, working with the marketing, financial, digital and legal teams to name a few to deliver on the revenue generating partnerships.

About You

You will have proven experience in the commercial services space, as well as a strong knowledge of financial partner and commercial stakeholder relationship management.

You will come from a banking background (perhaps currently a product executive/ manager or analyst looking to grow their career in a new industry). You could also come from a payments background, or even loyalty with experience with banking partners.

You will be skilled at relationship development and management, including both externally and internally, negotiating and the ability to do financial modelling – commercial acumen is important in this role. You will therefore understand data and analytics and the ways this can influence marketing decision-making and outcomes.

You will have a creative flare for the big picture and be highly innovative in formulating and rolling out plans that will drive further activity with banking partners.You will be ambitious, customer focused, highly analytical and astute while also excelling in your stakeholder management skills.
