About the Role

This is a newly created role reported into the experienced marketing manager where our client is looking for an experienced digitally skewed B2C marketing and communications professional.

This is both a strategic and tactical hands-on role, responsible for managing end to end comms campaigns from strategy to execution across a range of channels, with a focus on Website content, social media, CRM, eDM/DM, PR, Sponsorship and print.

Put simply this role is the voice of the company to customers tasked to increase brand awareness and engagement ultimately driving sales leads through relevant and fresh digital content that appeals to the on-trend target audience. In the exciting home & living industry – what’s not to love?!

Starting with planning across all comms, then creating content and promotional calendars that are then implemented and optimised, this role is also the brand guardian across all channels.

With the support of creative, digital and media agencies to help deliver the content (and manage the SEO/GA) this exciting hands-on role requires a good creative eye coupled with excellent copywriting skills and ideally a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and photography/videography.

About You

You will have 5+ years marketing and communications experience within the services sector, ideally the B2C retail sector. Remember the home and living part, well you have to be truly passionate about this! Scrolling through new trends and styles in this space will be a hobby of yours! You will also have a good understanding of the eCommerce space.

You will be collaborative, solutions focussed, proactive person who is comfortable managing entire projects/GTM campaigns end to end and creating the best structure with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure best in class campaigns with your excellent written and verbal communication skills.You will have managed content planning across digital content and social media channels with a hands-on approach, optimising and driving conversion in sales. You will also be experienced in advertising, product, DM, brand, packaging, print, PR, sales presentations and sponsorship. This role is broad!

You will have worked with digital, creative and media agencies and be a natural relationship builder with strong project management skills.

An understanding of Adobe Creative Suite photography/videography would help with this role as well. Top of the list is outstanding copy writing skills to promote this brand and products.

You will be keen to work within an entrepreneurial environment where you can contribute ideas and help grow this business.
